 A couple of years ago, I was struggling after my first pregnancy, falling into destructive  patterns of poor eating, followed by complicated diets, and feeling as though I'd be stuck with my post pregnancy weight forever.

Through incorporating a series of sensible, easy-to-follow steps into my everyday life, I began to lose baby fat and started feeling marvelous….more like my old self again.
